Being Head of Safety & Operations for GGC, Mr. Shanmukha Rao (Ex-servicemen) provides strategic leadership to the organization with his Naval & Corporate experience for more than 20 years. He is adept in assuring quality management and responsible for all operations of project sites with superior standards of safety.
Mr. Hema Sundara Rao Bhogi – Managing Partner

Mr. Rajesh Bogi - Partner

His specialization in piping, Storage tanks & equipment and mechanical structural works facilitated our company to grow up to the next level.
Mr. Shanmukha Rao Polumahanthi – Head (Safety & Operations)
Being Head of Safety & Operations for GGC, Mr. Shanmukha Rao (Ex-servicemen) provides strategic leadership to the organization with his Naval & Corporate experience for more than 20 years. He is adept in assuring quality management and responsible for all operations of project sites with superior standards of safety. He is an asset to the organization as he is post graduate in English Literature and especially certified safety professional with NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC Level 3) approved by U.K.
Mr. Dipti Singh – DGM ( Projects)
Exceptional skill set of Mr. Dipti Singh DGM (Projects), Diploma in civil Engineering -2014 with Experience of 11 year's is renowned for appropriate guidance to the ground team comprises of Engineers, Safety Officers and Sub contractor staff whilst executing every project. His tremendous experience which is more than 11 years enables to deliver all projects with highest possible standards within the specific timelines. He is qualified with Diploma in Civil Engineering and equipped with special expertise in Major Pre-cast works and Major civil structures. In addition he takes up very major role in the organization by providing training to the newly joined staff. Specialization: Major Pre –Cast works, Major Civil Structures.
Mr. Arun Kumar - Sr. Manager - Civil
Mr. Arun Kumar (Senior Manager Civil with 12 years expertise) is well known for Piling and major Civil Structures. He is best performer in executing every project with superior quality and higher safety standards.
Mr. Palani Selvam - Sr. Manager - Civil
Mr. Palani Selvam (Senior Manager Civil with 10 years expertise) Assists the civil project superintendent and field workforce to establish and maintain our strong safety culture and environmental programs. He is skilled at road works, piling and major civil structures.
Mr. Srinivas - Sr. Manager - Civil
Mr. Srinivas (Senior Manager Civil with 11 years expertise) is specialized in piling activities. He is adept in responding to contractor and client requests usually within the same day to coordinate communications between client and contractor to complete project ahead of schedule.
Mr. Srinivas Kumar Bhogi - Sr. Manager – Plant & Machinery
Mr. Srinivas Kumar Bhogi, EEE- 2007 (Senior Manager Plant and Machinery with 13 years expertise) is renowned for overseeing daily operations of the plant to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. He is qualified with EEE in 2007 and his responsibility includes Planning, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.
Mr. Abdul Nasim Khan - Manager – Civil
Mr. Abdul Nasim Khan (Civil Manager with 7 years expertise) is well known for Planning and directing the execution of various projects, keeping economical, administrative, and physical requirements in mind. He provided Training to incoming engineers to meet standards and protocol expectations.
Mr. Murali Krishna - Manager – Quality Check
Mr. Murali Krishna (Manager Quality Check with 10 years expertise) is responsible for Developing, manage and continually improve the Design Quality Management System. Provide guidance and assist the operations and project teams for the implementation of corporate QMS and company management initiatives, functions and systems.

Mr. N Satya Trinath - Manager - EHS
Mr. N Satya Trinath (Manager-EHS with 10 years expertise) is responsible for planning and monitoring of accident alert and rescue services, including first-aid service includes reporting of safety statistics. He is well known for Preparing, introducing and monitoring concepts, rules & regulations governing occupational health & safety and fire protection.
Mr. Rajendara - Manager - Mechanical
Mr. Rajendara (Mechanical Manager with 10 years expertise) is responsible for inspecting work periodically in progress and completed work to ensure conformance with project drawings and specifications and industry standards. In addition, He Ensures timely project completion through project scheduling, expediting of material deliveries and the management of material and document submittals/approvals.
